Chin up, I still see people on a weekly/daily basis who haven't commented on mine, either. We'll never know what some folks are preoccupied with... could be there challenges, their demons are their mountains... obscuring their own happiness. My heart goes out to folks like that - always mindful that someone else has it worse off than I do. I am proud of you!

You know, there will be a day where everyone you see will be exclaiming surprise at your weight loss. This actually happened to me. It was like some point was passed when it was visible to others. You just wait!!

Just starting the planning for Keto... is this how I am supposed to journal?

RJV: Helped me to record as much as possible and really get into the nutritional info for every bite. Being meticulous on FS has really helped me feed more on top of diet than any other time in 40 years of dieting. Well, most of the time. : )

You are doing amazing. I recently had several different people comment on my weight loss still have a ways to go but it meant a lot. I am loud outgoing and proud of the work I'm doing so I make it known but also people I didn't tell have taken notice. You have a support system here that is behind you. You are so close to onederland. I'm hoping to be there next month if not by next year. I plan on ringing in the new year under 200lbs. My husband deployed in July and I was 243 when he left. I'm hoping he apprecItes the new me he will return to.

Do you have the recipe for your keto bread or is it store bought?

Sometimes people might think you'd be embarrassed if they mention your weight loss. I hesitated several weeks before asking a co-worker one time about his weight loss. I actually worried he might be sick. I remember we were outside in the parking lot when I saw him and stopped to ask him. His face lit up and by the time I got back to my desk he had sent an email thanking me, saying I was the first person who had said anything. And he had lost a lot.

Awesome job Judy...great trendline!! You may hear comments from sources you'd never thought would care, while others, even close to you are silent. For me your comment regarding how your fat loss has translated into better movement, less joint pain and better sleep is super to hear, getting a better quality of life is a bonus we shouldn't take too lightly!!

Thank you Steven. I agree. Thank god for FS community. Considering all the times I have been at this mindset while "dieting", I understand how fleeting others' opinions of my success is. DBOZA: My Keto bread video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyXPd326wQc. Chesgreen: Thanks man. I forget myself sometimes!

ReneeJeanV: You post anytime you want. You journal on any subject of your Way of eating or "diet" . You can journal in any form- way you want. The most important aspect is that you get answers to your questions. You get feedback and support. And....that YOU stay connected to the community and achieve your goals. My best to you. Welcome. Its OK if no one comments on your weight loss, you're "working on yourself, by yourself, for yourself". Great job!!!
