So my bride and I are getting ready to go out for our usual weekend lunch when she tells me to wear the outfit that she laid out for me in the front bedroom. I went in and saw a shirt I've only worn a couple of times, and don't really like, but she asked for it, so I put it on. Then she had me stand in front of the fireplace for a picture. I asked what was up and she said she'd show me at lunch. When she showed me the comparison I was really blown away. I see myself everyday in a mirror, so I haven't really seen any changes. Sadly, she took the picture as I was asking why, so I have a goofy look on my face, but wow, I can really see a difference now! The before pic was when I had peaked at my heaviest in June of this year, around 350#, now down to 297ish... still a ways to go, but what a difference a few months can make!

I'm going to use my U.K. Friends phrase, I'm gobsmacked at the difference! As for having a good date and such, I'll say this; if it weren't for my bride, I'd be dead by now! She has stuck with me through a lot! I need mods, I need to do certain things, she makes sure they happen on a daily basis! She is my biggest fan! This has been a team effort, and she's a killer coach!
