You Know?
What works best for me, is to go low carb and eat higher fat. Reduces the craves. When I first start, I eat quite a bit of protein and as my cravings lesson, I reduce the protein (in about 3 days). I still think about food, but I am able to control my eating. Food doesn't really taste as good without the carbs. Smile

Yes there has been harsh words said. Right now the threads have much more positive and helpful. It is silly because we all need to find our own way yet encourage each other. When I read something and think ouch, often there are replies that take on the naysayers and I think "well said." There are lots of successes here and great people.
