Congrats on the director putting you on the short list and coming to see the house; fingers crossed for you. I was thinking of your mum, could she have shingles? Her rash sounds like chicken pox to me (I had it as an adult) and if you've had it, if you catch the virus later in life they call it shingles. It has bubble like bumps filled with fluid that burst. Its usually painful though. Glad she got through last night without any more difficulty, and glad you enjoyed your evening out with hubby. I hope you have a fab day. I am just going to go explore that website link you gave us the other day. I read the article and thought I would go explore while I have some time this morning. Ciao XO 

Dress shopping - no you are not indecisive. Your daughter's wedding is very special so the dress has to be just as special. Not to mention, you didn't work this hard just to wear a grain sack.  

Pleased your mum was "itch free" last night..... So exciting to hear about the Directors visit... I can't wait to hear the result.... Do so hope he chooses your house. Dress shopping... How exciting... I have had to curb my desire to "shop til I drop". Spending far too much on clothes LOL..... Glad you had a good night out with hubby... Does you good to have some quality YOU time :-). Enjoy the gym.

That is so exciting about the house. Hope you are in the home stretch of it. I'd love to see what dresses are up for the running. Shopping is one of my favorite pass times. I just can't do it too much b/c it is hard to resist the urge to buy. It's almost like sweets...interesting thought. Have a great day.

So glad Mom is a little better...so hard to deal with. I know what you mean about dress shopping for mother of the bride is quite different from regular dress shopping....I just didn't want to look like mother of the bride...so it was really hard, at least you will look good in whatever you choose, I was at my highest when my daughter got married, that is one of my biggest regrets.....Have a great day.

Sounds like good news on all fronts! If your house is selected, would you have to move out for awhile? 

Well... I did it! I made a commitment to a dress ;) It's a 3 piece ensemble. Very pretty strapless top w/ layer of pearls and beading about an inch wide at the very top of the strapless part. Rouching to the side, zips in back. A-line chiffon skirt, and an organza bolero jacket. All in a beautiful 'cornflower' blue. OH, and the best part... all 3 pieces...under $100!!!!!!!! God was watching over me today! What a blessing. And what a relief to have picked something. I bought the store sample, fit perfect... except there is a tiny mark on the front of the skirt. The sale is contingent on if they can clean it and remove. If they do.. it's mine, and I will have my girl take a photo of me in it, and put it up for you to see. If not... I will still be looking! Let's pray the spot comes out ;) 

Can't wait to see it! 

Glad you found just the perfect dress Paula, and were able to enjoy a nice night out with hubby. Sorry about your mom...I know how difficult it is dealing with these kinds of things. I will continue to pray for her and for you! Hugs, and lots of love my friend!
