whats worse ? 7 Hershey kisses or 1/2 cup of wheat spaghetti? Im asking for a friend ...bwahahaha..Kidding. 2x now Ive been tempted to cheat and it was spaghetti or kisses..Just playing it out here.I could not eat the pasta if I wanted to.. the gluten would kill me,literally, my stomach would explode,HA! and I took the bag of kisses I bought for DH to work and left em there yesterday (worked at home today) bc DH didn't like the new flavor (cupcake). Scale back up to 201 lbs but its not weight in day yet.. not till Thursday. I wont give in..

Good choice to avoid the wheat and give the candy away at work

Co-workers will love your Hersheys, hopefully they are gone before you have to go back.

As good as kisses sound, the w/w spaghetti in the short run is much better for you. Save the kisses and the hershey kisses for valentine's day!!!

I ate both of those exact items yesterday!!!!!! How funny is that? Spaghetti at my dad's house while cooking for him, and a late nite hersheys kiss handful in the dark, in front of the TV.....I enjoyed every single one of them.... :) :) :) !

Nice job ditching that bag of kisses. I'm thinking of the movie "Elf" - didn't he put M&M's or something like that on Spaghetti, that's how they did it at the North Pole?

Awesome, job getting rid of the candy! Yesterday 3 different people brought me candy and cookies...just because....really universe????? Give me a break! Thankfully I have plenty of places to donate that kind of gift.

I'm going to say have the kisses (and 9 is the serving size for regular), especially if you are wanting them. I've found when I try to eat something healthier, it usually doesn't whet that craving and I end up eating more than I would have, had I just had what I wanted, in moderation, of course.

Yes! I have a piece of chocolate every night. I lay in be and savor it and then drift off to sleep. Might be bad for the teeth? But it satisfies my craving and is kind of a way to pamper myself.

Check out konjacfoods.com for their all-fiber noodles! They are easy to cook and take flavors well. Plus, since they are all fiber from the konjac glucomannan root, you can still have a good portion and your only calories will come from whatever you add with it. I'm not a big pasta fan myself, but when the occasional mood hits, it makes it nice to be able to have it like this. Their website is not all new and flashy, and can be a little harder to navigate from your phone, but I've found their prices, products and information to be good for quite some time. And no, I am not affiliated with them whatsoever. I love the powder/flour for thickening soups and making low carb puddings with water, English toffee liquid stevia, cocoa powder, coconut oil and cinnamon. Sometimes I add heavy whipping cream too. I put it in my nutribullet and give it a whirl. To me, it tastes like an almond joy, other times like a Wendy's frosty. Experimentation is fun and keeps my sugar cravings at bay. Good luck to you!

get really good chocolate that is just a bit pricy, eat a small square, i do and it keeps the amount I eat in check because i have to consider shelling out for more, vegan, non chocolate, coconut oil and cocoa doesnt satisfy the craving for me, I tried, but a really good dark chocolate works every time!
