New Goal: March 27, 2014. I will be 185 on that date. Old Goal: I have set my goal date to be March 27, 2013. I will be 179 lbs on that date.
I'm usually really good at keeping motivated and supporting other people in their battle of weight loss and eating healthy...but sometimes I just need a little kick in the pants.
Journal food and exercise. Portion Control. Drinking 64 fl oz water (minimum). Exercise. Rest. Veggies and Fruits. Whole Grains.
