How easy it is to think you have all the answers. You know the drill. You could probably teach the routine you've been doing this so long. Yet again. Here you find yourself:
Overweight.
Poor water intake.
Poor eating habits.
Little to no real cardio exercise.
SMH.
All it seems to take is a little complacency, and then BAM!
Back to ground zero before you know it.
Dang.

You remembered it was going to be different this last time.

It's time to start again. This allowing yourself to be miserable and to actual verbalize you do not like being this way and praying for help to stop the madness....Welcome to your first day (again).

Yo-Yo dieting
I'm right there with you. I set my RDI for 1800 and last night, was no where near it. Plus I had bailed on the exercise part. Keep trying. Keep planning. Drink your water (says me who is guzzling to make sure I get it in today). At night when you are hungry, go to bed if you can. There may be slip-ups, but keep trying. You'll make it!
