SPINACH..I need some ideas. I woke up late today, wait, I chose to lay in bed today (haha) so I did not have enough time for gym this morning (ill make it up at work today on the treadmill in my office). But its ok, I used the time to clean my house up and make a stellar breakfast which was spinach and scrambled eggs and I realized I need to use that spinach today or tomorrow so anyone got any ideas? other than the breakfast I just made? I love spinach and hate to waste food.

We use a lot of fresh kale and spinach by stirring cut or torn leaves into a hot dish at the end of cooking. A couple minutes cooking time is enough to wilt it and make it tender. Adds good nutrition and flavor. It's also good in smoothies, I have it in my protein smoothie every day.

I like to cook a steak and then wilt the spinach under it. I throw a bit of butter on top after that.

I just slice red onions and some garlic and saute in a bit of chicken broth. then add the spinach and cover for about 3-5 min. then stir well. It gives a nice flavor without adding any fat to them. I also use baby spinach leaves in my salads.

I use spinach like lettuce...it is my go to salad, my sandwich topping/wrap, my seasoning for scrambled eggs, most important ingredient in smoothies, and great in low carb dips....

I *JUST* started adding spinach to my bacon/eggs breakfast too!!! Saw a video on Youtube and I thought I would try it... I'm not a big fan on spinach but I hope it'll help some how... https://goo.gl/Zf55Sp // This morning I tripled what I put in and it was a lot... lol I think I'll find a happy medium soon.

you can stew it with heavy cream and butter, at the end add a bit of garlic and cheese. It's delishous and nearlly carbs-free ;-)

Stuffed chicken with spinach+whatever cheese you like I use ricotta throw some spices in the mix maybe in some tomato sauce
