Happy Weekend, my best Buddies!

I had two great workouts on yesterday and today; but still a little sketchy with my nutrition. The daylight time is getting shorter and I think it kicks carb cravings into gear for me.

Also, I say IGNORE, IGNORE the Troll this weekend. He is "vitamanollie" this time, so perhaps if we all ignore him, he will get tired of posting only for himself...if he has no one to argue with and insult, maybe he will eventually leave - we can only hope!

#Burn the fat, Feed the muscle
Short Range Goals:
* Start and maintain the "cut" to return to goal weight on Idiot Boxes before New York - not looking good as of last night!
* Drink at least 14 - 16 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
Long Range Goals: 2016-2017
*Bodyfat at 20% (Current 23.75%)
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 152-156lbs staying under goal weight
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

Yes have a fantastic calm weekend I'm going away just 2 hrs from home but will be nice......I did notice he's back on But happy to say I will not read anything that he writes. So over the rambling. Let's all lose a lb. this weekend. Someone please drop an extra one for me I'll be with a party gang.

I've been reading some of the trolls posts and they are really out there. I suppose everyone is allowed their opinion but the is no excuse to get rude about it. Hopefully everyone will get on board and ignore, he will then move on to somewhere else.
