Islandmoma, your only 74 one time. You deserve to eat any dang thing you please. Diet be damned. I only hope to make it to see 60. 70 seems out of my reach. But who knows. if what they say is true, and eating 1 meal a day extends the life by as much as 35% then I may WELL see 90. I wont count my eggs before they are laid though. Welcome to another day of LIFE!!!!!!!!!

Be careful. Eating that and then fasting might drop your blood sugar rapidly. Better than fasting would be eating cooked or raw veggies the rest of the day, and a sensible dinner. Don't kill yourself on this weight loss journey.
