I am 49 years.Single mother who is morbidly obese.I come from Tanzania ,East Africa.I have been overweight since childhood.As the years went by the pounds piled on.Tried alot of diets.I lost with afew , only to gain it all back and more.In 40s I started experiencing health problems.Last year my blood pressure was extremely high and I was put on several medications.I need to get healthy for myself and my son.

Calorie Intake Seem A Bit Excessive?
Most of us dont follow the FS RDI.Too many calories allowed.You go to settings and change your RDI to a more conservative rdi.

Just lost all my data
Sorry that happened but the two are supposed to sync.Mine does.When I add foods or weigh in one it shows on the other.I think you sync them somewhere in settings.

chair work out
I do 30 to 40 mins daily.leg ups, arms and I use 5lb dumbells.when I first started I could barely do 10 mins.
