" just keep swimming, just keep swimming" Im like Dory from finding nemo.. when life gets you down, you know what you gotta do, just keep swimming.. that's me.. My week is shot to sh!t bc I didn't work out Monday or Tuesday soooo I decided to make it a all cardio week. just gonna focus on getting my steps in and let my body get some rest. I also noticed I haven't been buying all things i like/love like melon and low carb tortillas and diet root beer. I think I felt unworthy(bc I cheated so much in the past) and I was trying to hard to be real strict on induction. Whom I kidding, Im OWL not induction so lets focus on OWL. Ive accepted Im not going to lose at the same rate I did when I started so lets be happy for 1-2 lbs a week. Bc that's a healthy rate. And as long as I give it my best shot, that's all that matters. And if my weight stalls, just do induction for 2-3 days. Its worked in the past, why not now. I got my fancy spiral and Im working on my long and short term goals and a to do list. Im taking the time today to be grateful for all that I have and all ive accomplished and accept the good days with the bad. Work sucks, so what I have a job. My house is dirty, who cares, the mess will be there tomorrow. You dont like me or think Im fat, I dont care, there are plenty of people who do love me and I love myself so up yours! Lets have a great rest of the week !! MINI GOAL for the rest of the week: try something new like a new recipe or new class at the gym. CHEERS !

Red you're amazing and inspiring, you keep me going with posts like this! I'm so glad that even though you were feeling a bit unworthy/down/guilty for not working out, you didn't lose motivation and have even started accepting a slower rate of weight loss...so good for you girl!!!
