You were possessed by the same demons that make me eat a whole bag and I'm not talking about the little 2 oz. size either.

I ate candy today too ;) we'll all make a better effort tomorrow. It was one of those things where it tasted good while I ate it, but regretted it as soon as it was gone...bleh

I did that one night. I was pretty pissed with myself the next day. I got over it and moved on...

M&M stands for "Mindless Munching".

1138 calories of M&M's. That was stress, Maud. Take care.

Deb_N was right, it was stress, and bad mealplanning... i hate social outings, now i hate them even more. I'm right back in the saddle today, by the way. Running for 1 hour, spinning for two hours, and a well balanced meal...

Don't deny. Just measure out a reasonable portion. Enjoy the hell out of it... slowly. Cleanse your pallet and move one.

Because cocaine addicted rats would rather have sugar water than cocaine. sugar is that addictive.

Stress gets me, too. My partner works form home, has been on the phone with the IRS, other frustrating calls, dealing with a flaky bookkeeper....I just found myself digging though the pantry for my dark chocolate wafers I have for baking. Thank goodness I came back to my computer and read this! Even the bag of Skittles in there was sounding good. You saved me from myself. Jparlett has a great suggestion, and it has worked for me many times. Mindful enjoying of a reasonable portion of a treat I really love. After having a week of eating too much sugar on vacation & celebrating our anniversary, it's too easy to crave sugary treats; totally addictive. Let's kick it! The mindless eating....

Just log it and go on... that's why I don't buy them.

What's done is done. Be stronger the next time. M&M's are like crack to me. I can't be around them.

I'll never forget the day I was trying to open a bag of "M"s @ work and they went everywhere! I went down on my hands and knees to pick them up. My co-worker comes around the corner and sees me and says "My God! You're an addict" We laughed it off but there was some truth there.
