I'm Maud from the Netherlands. I have always been overweight since as long as i can remember. But i always was healthy and strong. Now i turned 40 and the weight is starting to bring it's own problems like a nasty infection in my heel and astma. So it's time for "off with the weight".
I know a lot about food, diets and healthy life, but this is the second time i took matters in my own hands and be serious about it. (first time i did, i lost 18 kilo, so i know i can do it!!)
so lets go and loose that fat.
update march 2012: still doing it, not saying i'm going strong, but i'm doing it. lost 20 kilo sofar, still not even halfway, but still room for improvement on the diet as well as the exercise...
update September 2013: got to halfway point and decided it was time to start seriously to exercise. Well that did not work out... lost motivation, gained 5 kilo, and stopped losing for a year... now i'm trying once more to loose the second half.
Update november 2013: really tackled the exercise now. Working out 6 times a week, and twice on sunday... body fat percentage dropped from 50.6 to 48.8 percent. Weight dropped just a little from 95+ to 93.5 going strong again, and hoping that the increased muscle will start consuming the fat. Diet is going well, afraid for undereating, but also scared to overeat... considdering dietist visit...
