Here I am a 48 year old mother of three, (21, 19 & 7) who works full time as the head of the art department at an arts school in a suburb north of Toronto, also a practicing artists. Too many things to do!
I gained a LOT of weight during my last two pregnancies - my baby is now 7, almost 8 and I lost one at 19 weeks almost 5 years ago now. Too long to be holding the baby weight.
Now it is time for me to look after my self! Bought my self a new bike, got some new exercise DVDs - while I used to love the gym it is not so fun when you are this size!!
I also have a lot of food allergies - wheat, rye, barley, oats, coffee, soy, corn and dairy!! Not a lot of other foods left over - you'd think I'd be a stick.
Working hard to get back into my size three pre-pregnancy clothes and boy, do I have a long way to go, but one step at a time and eventually I'll get there! Looking for support and advice along the way. Need a buddy? I'd be happy to be one!
