Since DH's heart stent he has been eating better, mainly by eating what I eat. He has now lost 15 pounds. And I have lost 0.

Men lose easier, and if he just started then there is a lot of extra water and glycogen stores to burn through which equals a quick initial loss. Frustrating as all hell for us, been through it with my husband, but it will even out. I'm glad that he is starting to take his health more seriously though, that was the goal :)

Ditto what Yolanda said, and he may have more to lose also. The good thing about that picture is he's taking care of himself and making positive changes! Hoping he sticks with it.

There are several factors "at work" here, Buffy...Men tend to
have more muscle mass, so usually burn more calories.
Also, most people show "faster"results in their first weeks of eating
healthier. YOU have been eating healthier for a while now.
Just guessing here, but DH probably is further from his "goal weight"
than you are per centage wise. As we get closer to our goals, our bodies
become increasingly more efficient, which makes LOSS more difficult.
Life isn't fair sometimes...Hang in there Buddy...Your loss will come. :)
