I try to say to myself "is eating this worth the short pleasure now....over the pain this will cause me later....self loathing, bloating, extra weight...feelings of failure...have to start over...hate myself..." It's NOT worth it!!! I hate the control food has over people's emotions....it's like the devil...the more you feed it the worse it gets. God is on your side!! Ok...I'm done. ;)

I felt hungry in the morning, but made myself stick to the routine (can't eat until at least ten). In the afternoon, I'm full. I think my stomach is finally shrinking! Can I ask why celery doesn't fill you up? LOL.

I have to get back on mine after the 3 day weekend also. Left me feeling awful by Monday morning. Feel a lot better today after just eating right for one day.
