Do we concentrate too much on what goes in and not enough on what comes out. ?
There is a book for kids called "Everybody Poops" which I always say whenever I talk about this. haha! I think you should look at the label because most laxative products have a 7 day warning. Your body can become addicted to the assistance and mess up your ability to poop on your own. I would encourage you to add more fiber and water to your diet. If you don't think you can do it through food you could try using benefiber or metamucil type products.
