A friend fixed my treadmill, yay! While the jogging trampoline was fun I couldn't get any good speeds or challenge going.

OK Buddies , dig deep and (other then coconut oil lol) think of a way I can add fat to my diet snacks that don't include dairy. I need to up my calories by about 200. I am still feeling yucky and losing too fast I think. Whoever thought I would hear those words out of my mouth?

Shyguy has proclaimed Frittata Friday..... spinach garlic and mushrooms are going in mine, then I will have lunch on Saturday all ready in advance.

Have a fabulous Friday.

Hmmm - too fast? add some low carb veggies? do you eat eggs? hard boiled with the yolks add fat, I eat raw almonds to add fat, avocado, you might make kale chips slathered in olive oil for the fat, raw pumpkin seeds have fat (look out for added sugar though), love almond butter on half of an apple - but I am watching carbs so only half the apple once in the while...

Homemade mayonnaise! Add garlic and/or herbs and slather it on everything =D

No dairy - that's a hard one. Just off the top of my head - avocado, chicken livers, basil pesto with zucchini fake spaghetti, fat pork meat breaded with crumbled pork rinds.

And yes, home made mayo. That's a must.

more olive oil in your diet will add healthy fat and calories. Cooking veggies in it or topping veggies with olive oil after cooking

You know, I was thinking... in the recipe of chocolate truffles, if you substitute the sugar with stevia powder, it's actually low carb high fat. They're not hard to make, the easiest recipe is: whip butter with the stevia until fluffy; get some whipped cream made from heavy whipping cream; mix the two together and add 2-3 tablespoons of dark cocoa. You don't even have to shape them as chocolate truffles, just put that in a bowl and refrigerate and eat a few spoonfulls every time you feel the need for something rich and decadent.

Wish I had your problem. I've never had trouble adding more calories. My favourite is almond or almond butter.
