Hello friends.
I am married to my best friend and love of my life, I have a great job and great family. I am also a 31-year old female who has been obese most of my life. Several years ago I had managed to lose 107 lbs through strict diet and exercise. However, my diet was too strict, I did not consume enough calories, and I landed in the hospital with intestinal issues. But I'm all better now. Since then, I went back to my old lifestyle of heavy eating and no exercise, and I have gained back 100 lbs. This time around, I want to make healthy lifestyle changes that will stick. I hope to lose 100 lbs. Thanks to the fatsecret community for your support. We are in this together.

I'm too carby!
Hello friends! I am trying to eat healthy, but I'm finding that most of my daily intake consists of carbs, usually 58-60%. Can anyone give me suggestions for low-carb breakfasts and lunches I can make quickly?
I have a fairly busy lifestyle, so "quick is key" lol.
