Greetings my Buddies!
So, WOW, the experiment seems to be going pretty well. I am getting better at adding my healthy fats and reducing my net carbs! I am trying to keep the carbs under 25% of my total calories.
My workout at Orange Theory Fitness today rocked! I did NOT have a slump during the set and was able to use one 25lb dumbbell for goblet squats and overhead triceps work!
So, my energy is UP and my endurance is back. AWESOME!
Word of the week: FOCUS
