Greetings Buddies:
My body is a chemistry experiment again...since I have fully eliminated grains and dairy, it seems I feel better in general. It reduces the sugar overall. Drinking more water again, too.
My energy is starting to run off my fat stores - or at least it seems that way. I have done high protein, and higher and lower carbs - but I have not ever really tried higher fat!
It is so counter intuitive to eat more fat to burn more fat; but I will give it a try for a while and see what happens. The fats are nuts, seeds, olive oil, avocado and a little butter.
Word of the week: FOCUS
