Greetings Buddies:

My body is a chemistry experiment again...since I have fully eliminated grains and dairy, it seems I feel better in general. It reduces the sugar overall. Drinking more water again, too.

My energy is starting to run off my fat stores - or at least it seems that way. I have done high protein, and higher and lower carbs - but I have not ever really tried higher fat!

It is so counter intuitive to eat more fat to burn more fat; but I will give it a try for a while and see what happens. The fats are nuts, seeds, olive oil, avocado and a little butter.

I'll be watching your progress too. I know that I'll have to tweek my diet again as I progress towards losing my last 89 lbs. Thanks for sharing

I could do the high fat for a while then it plays havoc with my guts. Like Little Red... watching your progress.

You go girl! Glad to hear you are feeling so much better. Checked out your link the other day. Cate Shanahan is great. She is a big proponent of bone broth. I was skeptical (like with the higher fats, and saturated fats), but it really is pretty amazing stuff. Will post a journal about it soon.
