WOW!!!!! LOOK AT THAT CHART!!!!...way to go dave...bet your smilin from ear to ear over the loss...bet your thinkin of ways to burn up the calories that much more now huh....lol... 

Look at those numbers drop!! Way to Go!!! Your little lady will be pleased with trim and lean man she finds when she returns!! Enjoy more trips in the out-of-doors, if you are experiencing the peace of God's world, you're getting a vacation. 

Whew! Glad you're not dead or pregnant! Both worrisome conditions for a man. Awesome job with the pounds (or stones) dropping off. The peat bogs sound lovely - a good reward for the hard work you're doing. 

Fan-freaking-tastic! How about that Dave? You're the one to watch now! You're getting very close to goal. Wish I could visit the places you speak of, I'm sure they're heavenly, maybe one day. Keep up the good work, the fam will be home soon, 2 weeks will fly by...sort of, lol! We love ya too, btw. 

One can never underestimate the power of the written word. Especially those sweet words typed with a tinge of an Irish accent when I have my coffee in the morning. I truly can imagine eating wild berries in the peace and quiet....I won't imagine the cutting and stacking part but the irish countryside sounds like a dream....perhaps there's a vacation on the horizon. I am so proud of you. It's tough to slog it out day after day on the dieting fromt especially when the scale speaks of the nasty gain- BRAVO Davey- all of f/s rejoices with you. 

it is good to not be pregnant or dead and especially both at the same time...lol...great job on the numbers...a whole 2 weeks with just the puppies...how cool is that...enjoy it... 

Bravo, bravo, BRAVO!! Way to go!! Awesome on getting a nice drop and getting into ketosis as you wished! Yes, the power of the comments here, is amazing!! So happy to hear that you're doing so good and your continued losses is just awesome! Keep on kickin' it!

I SO agree with you about this site! All of the support here is amazing! Glad to hear of your great loss and your awesome chart! I, too, wish I could visit Ireland... Maybe we should just have a big FS vacation! Hmmmm...... Great job, Dave! Keep it up!

Loved your turf collecting story..though I immediately thought..what a contrast to the countries where they also collect fuel for the hard winters..luckily your one probably has a nicer smell than the cow pats!! 3.2lb bloody loss in one week? What were ya doing..donating fat for fuel???? As a fellow E.Uer (arent we all a little EUeey??)may I take off me hat and bow down in a congratulatory pose. I heard it on the radio this afternoon and immediately knew what the problem was!!! "They say" that beer consumption is down 10% in the UK -- of course, they think it's because money is getting tight there, too. But I KNOW it must be because our Davey has stopped tippin' the Guiness! TEN PERCENT! Dave, you must be savin' money hand over fist! ;-) Picture! Picture! Picture!

wow!! that's brilliant, Dave! All that hard work, working like a savage, eating well, resisting those dark pints...all of that is paying off brilliantly!! So proud of ya and so thrilled for you!! It's been an honor and a privilge knowing you here, and being your friend---fatsecret would be a dull place without your hilarous journals and your caring spirit!!
