HI EVERYONE .... UPDATE: 9/10/09
as all of my buddys know, im a MALE and old as dirt/over the hill...lol...but its only a number...just like the scales its only a number...its how you feel about yourself and how your clothes fit on you that counts...ive never felt or looked my age...i started june 2007 at a weight of 374...was told i was borderline diabetic..and it all started one day when i was takin out the trash how hard i was breathin when i got done with a 2-3 min walk...and that was my wakeup call...and now each day is a new day to eating healthier and exercising...
i just found out after 4 days of r and r in the hospital that i am no longer even close to being diabetic...my numbers are great...guess the last 2 years of workin hard have finally paid off...all the walkin, exercising, and eating better have finally turned my body around to a better way of life...you just have to remember there will be good days an bad...just try an get bck on track as soon as possible...
ive set my mind to accomplishing my mini goals....i know i will get to that final weight...and you can to...once you set your mind to it.. my final goal is around 180-200 pounds
