My fave bfst now! You can substitute heavy cream for half&half (just 1g of carbs but cheaper ;)).

I made it for breakfast for me and my daughter and I liked it...my daughter thought it was ok...I think I made it a little too thick but I enjoyed it...used strawberries, raspberries and a little whip cream inside...YUMMMMMM!! I need to learn how to make them more firm... :(

Loved these! I used egg beaters and lowfat milk instead, due to that's what I had, and they turned out great! Plus, I got my picky eater to enjoy them with some sugar free maple syrup. Thanks!

If you are in phase I of GI diet, substitute the cream for buttermilk, and use egg whites instead. I also like to add a drop of vanilla and tsp of splenda for a sweeter crepe.
TIP: It helps if you keep the pan low, and cover a lid on it, before you flip it over... that way it's more firm, like a crepe.

This recipe is not easy to make and it still tastes like eggs. Not like a crepe.

they mean that this recipe will make more then one crepe and you can only make one crepe at a time :)Sounds like a great idea and much easier than making regular crepes!
