Chicken Vegetable Stir-Fry
Great for the whole family use any veggies you have.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat a skillet or wok large enough to accommodate all the ingredients over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, peanut oil and ginger, and stir quickly for 30 seconds.
- Raise the heat to high. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the broccoli,water chestnuts and red pepper, stirring quickly after each addition.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster and brown sugar and cook until the vegetables are tender but not soggy.
- Serve with steamed rice
