Directions
- Dice vegetables except spinach, then sauté in a pan with olive oil until softened.
- Add broth and bring to a boil. Add chicken breasts and cook at medium heat, covered, for about 20 minutes.
- Take chicken out and shred. Bring back to boil, add shredded chicken, spices, and pasta broken into pieces. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Lower heat. Add spinach and stir.
- Serve immediately.
