Directions

  1. Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Season as desired.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with 2 cups of water. Note: You may use chicken broth.
  3. Bake in a pan with tight cover at 350°F for 45-60 minutes.
