Don't know how this happened... but luckily Fiancee said he is joining me in healthy eating today!
Although his eating habits don't really bother me, it just helps that he won't be buying snacks and sweets for the house and that I can now make lighter dinners and not be tempted if I make something less light for him!
So here's to hoping this helps!

Really bumpy day yesterday - but I am bouncing back! Green tea and lots of Protein incl low calorie foods!
Have a Step class tonight..
This will not get me down!

Soooo we can all see where my weight gain / calories come from - SNACKS!
I know this, I acknowledge this and will make a bigger effort to reduce calories there!!

I weighed in at 63.9 last week already, but wanted to see if it was steady before I logged it..
Well seems it is :)
Next goal is 63.5... I don't make big goals since I don't like to push myself too hard, that's when I start obsessing. So I focus on small victories !
Let's see if I can reach the next one ;)

Fell of my wagon a little bit since Friday - struggled to get back on!
Was out of routine and PMS took over completely...
But I worked out on Sunday, and twice yesterday as well as this morning and finally today I feel like I am getting back on the weight loss wagon!
Let's keep on keeping on! :)
