Too much Coffee today ... need to cut back!
Know it will be easier in summer but gotta start now :)
Other than that a great day methinks! Don't know what's for dinner cause we going to mother in law ... but I said no Creamy dishes, No pasta's and no Sugar in my veggies, so hopefully something healthy awaits after my workout :)
Bums and Tums class tonight ! Fun :)

And I am back ...
What have I been up to since June!?
Still working out - since last week some days morning and night depending on classes, my mood / energy levels !
Weighing more than ever - not looking much better
Never stopped thinking about food and what I can and can't have!
Tried a 30 day no Sugar & no Starch - reached day 21 (Sunday) and binged on a truckload of fruits and cheated yesterday and today - but only with a pumpkin fritter - still no trace of chocolate or anything in my blood :)
Back with my tail between my legs - not seeing results I need to with my workouts - and I need to practice portion control, so I am trying again with logging!
How's everyone been?

Hello Everyone!
I am gonna stop logging for a while now... I am sick of thinking about food, thinking about what I can't have and what I can, how many of this and how little of that ! With every bite contemplating what my next meal would be and what times I am allowed to eat and when I am not... I hate being so obsessive !
I think myself into failure... SO no calorie counting for a while!
I will still chat here now and again ... ENjoy the journey and do the best you can!

Well, not really a big surprise.
I lack consistency and I am trying to fix that now.
I want to stop reading crap about this diet and that all over the net, I want to stop obsessing and letting it rule my life... I want to be healthy and make the best choices I can regarding food and nutrition.
Maybe it'll help, maybe not !
Not happy, but hey, It's my own fault and my own responsibility to fix it !
