Not a good weekend - well, is any weekend ever good food wise??
Had a cheat day on Friday - and didn't intend to, but turns out Sunday turned into one as well! :(
Not Very impressed with myself, but I guess that's life and I should seriously get back up !

Starting fitness classes next Monday - approx 4 times a week - basically like various fitness styles in classes of about 8-12 people led by trainers. I will probably die, but if I don't start now, I never will.
Maybe then, I will reach some kind of goal and stop gaining weight !!!

A bit sick of this yo-yo feeling - no matter how commited you are, after a week or tow bad habits creep up on you without even noticing. I have to be more aware of what I put in my mouth and think before and after every meal! C

Oh well, let's try and fix what I broke this weekend
