Not a good weekend - well, is any weekend ever good food wise??
Had a cheat day on Friday - and didn't intend to, but turns out Sunday turned into one as well! :(
Not Very impressed with myself, but I guess that's life and I should seriously get back up !
Starting fitness classes next Monday - approx 4 times a week - basically like various fitness styles in classes of about 8-12 people led by trainers. I will probably die, but if I don't start now, I never will.
Maybe then, I will reach some kind of goal and stop gaining weight !!!
A bit sick of this yo-yo feeling - no matter how commited you are, after a week or tow bad habits creep up on you without even noticing. I have to be more aware of what I put in my mouth and think before and after every meal! C
Oh well, let's try and fix what I broke this weekend

Advice, do not fight with your loved one right before you are due for the monthlies and trying to lose weight... oh and don't get on the scale then either!!!
Fighting in my head against myself - Cookies or no Cookies? Hate yourself for eating too much or just F*ck it !?
Worst start to the day...
Oh and I f*cked up last night as well... Big surprise!

Geeeez my fat content was ridiculous yesterday... I need to slow that down a hell of a lot!
I guess it was not my worst day - we went grocery shopping and I had cookies in my hands, but I put it back and walked away! Completely skipped the chocolate aisle and just bought healthy veggies & fruits ...
I am on day 11 today of supposedly no Sugar & no Starches ... Sticked to it pretty okay till now, but after 30 days I am trying again - I want to live without the fear and constant calculation of what I might gain if I eat this or that... and I want to learn to get my ass in a workout with the current eating methods!

Go Visit that link whenever you feel like having McDonald's... never mind the eggs not being free range or whatever - But even the Fries - everything they put in to keep it nice and crispy - where at home you could have made your own and only consumed some fat and a potato... Just something to think about :)

Urgh I am really frustrated - went out to dinner last night and even though I skipped things I would normally have like onion rings, tartare sauce, salad dressing & milkshakes... I still feel like I didn't do well enough!
These past few days since Sunday has not been my best - I admit, but I am not giving up! I am going to try Harder and Harder and even HARDER!!
Actually got up 30 minutes earlier this morning, when I am normally supposed to get up didn't do any workouts or anything, BUT I woke up and got moving earlier, so tomorrow morning I might add 5 or 10 minutes and do some stretching, need to get into good habits !!
I hope you are all having a good week - Never give up kids :)
