Day 4
I had a Wilson toffee this morning and it really upset me that I did that, but I am not going to do it again - I said I will follow this 100% and that is what I am going to do!
Swelling on my face is going down really well (Since it swelled hectically after my sugar & carb binge before starting the plan)
So far today bloating is better - Skipped the Magnesium pill in my pill pack this morning since I believe that had an effect!
Also not too happy with having 2 cups of coffee today :( But I won't make it habit ! Better than a chocolate I guess !
I feel good physically today, and that's a good sign!

Day 3
Still so far so good !
Headache and tired feeling gone, so let's hope my body is adjusting!
Having some bloat issues but I think I know the cause of that so not a problem!
Overall not having too bad of a time staying on track! Cravings are few - mainly when I wait too long between meals and also sometimes after lunch :( But they're not unbearable!
One Day at a time :)

Day 2
So far so good - No Cheats on either days.
Feeling a bit tired with little energy, but I am assuming since I went nuts on sugar and carbs before I started the plan, my body is adjusting!
My Workouts may be a bit off and a bit less :( But I will pick it up once my body has fully adjusted)
Wedding Dress fitting in October - So I have to get this shit done!!

Day 1 of my new eating plan!
It's a lot of food, but apparently the right amounts and it should keep me from snacking !
Excited to follow the plan since i know I will not starve, and I am confident that I can do it !!
So let's take this new day on!!! :)

Hi Kids !
Okay so my weight is up - Again!
My Body fat % is 28%
Measurements I don't have.
Assessment went okay - Established what my problems are and why I am not losing weight and also why my % is so high even though I am not overweight medically.
Starting my eating plan on Monday since I have to go shopping for a few things to follow it correctly.
Need to follow it religiously for 2 weeks before I will then be re-assessed to determine if it's working for me and also resolving my stomach issues. If there is no change however, they want to send me for tests for my stomach / internal issues .
Got a lot of advice and will be watched closely in those 2 weeks.
Also no sweets allowed anymore untill I get back down to 62-60.
Also told me that I will probably not go below 60 if I want to build muscle to firm up, which is fine, as long as I look better weighing 60 won't be that bad !
So a long tough journey ahead of me but I will face it and I will reach my goals and be happy for once!
