Sooo Yesterday was a better day and I am feeling better about myself today!
Although I had a motherload of Astro's , I made a conscious desicion to buy them and eat them, I was craving it for 2 days and it was not on impulse.
Plenty of water & green tea and clean meals today to compensate - now I know that this can not be done daily as the sugar still has a negative effect, but for today that's what I will do :)
PS: removed Astro's from food Diary to see what the value of my actual food is :)

Also read yesterday that Discipline is like a muscle and we should see it as such, not as something we lack and something holding us back, as soon as you have that in your mind, every time you think of sticking your hand in the cookie jar, you think about that "muscle" that needs some training and suddenly it becomes a positive thing and not something that you use as an excuse / a way to bash yourself !

I had a Moerse Breakfast this morning and I am stuffed!!!
Well luckily it's healthy, but I know that my portion control is way off !

ANyway, this morning I was 200g down, so if I lose 200g a day I can reach my goal for Saturday which is 63.7kg
I know it's not necessarily healthy or good to watch the scale so closely but my engagement shoot is the 20th and I want to FEEL less bloated and fat on that day! So I am doing what I can to get there! My goal is to weigh 62.5 on the 20th - I set mini goals weekly .
After that I left a bigger stretch to my next mini goal!
It also helps me to have weekly goals, cause if it's motnhly halfway along the month I stop doing what I do cause the time span is too big !
With it being weekly - i am forced to pay more attention...

Tomorrow morning will have eggs again - will only have my oats 1-2 times a week now.
