I am not too thrilled about my day yesterday but I was so busy and left house at 07:15 to gym, after gym came back for an hour to shower and finish up and only got back again after 18:00 so I just grabbed and snacked on the go! Bad I know, but whatever!
Doing my Body Assessment tonight - so nervous but also excited !
Silly mind of mine thinks cause I am getting an eating plan tomorrow I can eat and eat and eat endlessly today - which is not the case !!
But I already had 2 cookies and it will NOT go further !
Almost weekend again... But I will follow my eating plan from tomorrow morning ! Re-Assessment is in 2-3 weeks after initial assessment, so I need to give 100% in order for them to see if it is having a positive effect!
Will post Results tomorrow!!

So we have established yesterday was bad and the weekend was bad...
But I went to gym this morning, And got that binge out of my system and I am feeling 100% better today!
Good to get back into my routine and positive about the rest of the week!
it's a choice ... And I choose to fix where I went wrong and move forward !

I usually don't log when I binge , but I need to - I need to take note of the things I am doing that destroys my body so completely !

Weekend Update:
Bad:
Ate way too much sugar
Ate way too much in general
Binged
Good:
Can't really think of anything ! :(
Well so that's that for "Discipline" & "Determination"
Feeling Sad and Depressed & also didn't go to gym this morning !
Just sad and so angry and dissapointed in myself :(

So Yesterday's Good and Bad
Good:
Did not overeat till I felt uncomfortable & Bloated
Kept main meals healthy & Balanced
Bad:
Had too much sugar & treats
Ate after 8PM
Snacked between Main meals & Snacks - food that was not planned in consumption.
I want to try & record every day in this manner - that way it's easier to see which Good/Bad Habits keep recurring.
