Let's vow to make healthy choices and just respect our bodies!
Eat to create a body you love and care for yourself so you can learn to love yourself! Don't try to follow a path set out by others which creates self-loathing and regret - follow your own path and do the best you can!!

Ate way too much yesterday and so many wrong sugary things :( So sad that I messed up..
But I have to make up for it today - had a healthy Breakfast Smoothie and will eliminate snacks and only have 3 main meals today (Although I already killed the remainder of my raisins)
Have to Improve!
At least I did not have Pizza with the Fiancee last night...

Trying to get my Mindset right - I automatically freak out when my calories go above 1000, need to change my mindset about that! AS long as I eat good foods with nutrients it's a good thing!
Other than that, it's a good day so far and I feel good and quite positive !
End of the month I will weigh myself at the fitness classes & get my fat % measured, kind of excited to see what my actual weight is and my fat % , I've never had it measured !

Yesterday was not the best day I have ever had but it could be worse...
Let's try and improve today and tomorrow... :)

Hope everyone had a good weekend and ate less than I did!
Today I am starting a no sugar challenge till the end of June - I am a little fed up with my sugar addiction and telling myself to stop every time - now I am challenging myself and everyone who wants to try it to stop sugar till the end of June!
I am not paying R400 p/month for fitness classes just to have it all undone by ridiculous amounts of sugar!
I do have sugar in my diary for Oats - because It's disgusting without it and it's a healthy breakfast - will try to find something else to sweeten with without adding too many calories!

One of mine is to fit back into my Sissy Boy jeans without having to do the splits !
