Day 10
My body hurts !! Did my weights this morning and will be skipping class tonight for a bit of rest !
Feel like I am slacking on my eating Habits which is not allowed at all, must get my head back! So easy for your mind to trick you into thinking if you worked out twice in 1 day it's okay to slack on eating - which is not the case!
Will focus on my day of eating healthy - 24hours at a time !

Day 9
Yesterday wasn't that bad , except for the Peanuts & Raisins!
Calorie intake is a little over, but not too much!
I HATE eating ! I feel so bloated & fat after eating even after a healthy meal ! When I eat the recommended amounts I feel fat and disgusting ! My stomach looks pregnant, my face feels fat and I just feel gross!
Will it ever go away?
I think Veggies is not kind to my stomach, but it;s not like I can't have veggies! And I am not over eating on heavy veggies??
Urgh I hate this feeling!!!

Day 8
Well hello after the Weekend !
Hope everyone had fun!
So I was not 100% good over the weekend , BUT the fact that I can remember and log everything I ate is a bonus, which means I did NOT binge or overeat! Yes everything was not healthy but I tried to keep a clear mind and not indulge too much!
I am proud of my weekend which is certainly one of the better ones I've had in the past 2 months, if not longer!
So next weekend will be better and so on and so forth!
How was your weekend?

Day 5 ..
So the real challenge lies ahead ... not losing Control during the weekend AND weighing every meal and having all my meals as I am supposed to! But I really want to do it, as bad weekends can seriously hinder progress, and it's just not worth it !
I was weak this morning and weighed myself... not recording it since I do have to add my scale is bonkers and I usually only count the gym scale weights !
Good luck to everyone during the weekend - keep your goals in mind and stay strong! Imagine what you will wear in the summer months if you feel like giving up! Or stand in front of the mirror... naked... and try to have that cheat!!
