Slipped up on snacks yesterday and I refuse to let it become habit again!

Feeling emotional (Damn hormones) but I will not let it get me down! I like feeling in control of my hunger & cravings and I will continue to strive to make it second nature !

The weekend is looming closer - I am determined to eliminate binge eating (My normal weekend habit).

I hope that I can stick to this and make it last! Having a bad gym week :( but I will get back to my normal gym routine !

Good luck All !

I have this thing in my mind every time that I will reset on Monday and then I eat as if it's the last food in the world and Saige - me too. I can not have little by little and have it lying there daunting me, but I am training myself ! Bought a whole packet of liqourice twist / cables and still have one left since Tuesday - to me this is a record! Discipline is hard, but you can train to have it ! Step by Step we grow stronger and healthier !!

@Shygetslean ..You will see i was snaking away as well yesterday , didn't know popcorn will push up my cal intake so much , but ya it did , my colleague is that discipline type that same packet of popcorn she will eat over 3 days , nOt me that packet is up in like 15min maybe less. that's why i will rather not start eating something because i know i can't stop or keep for later. Well done on you for taking control i must really try .. but I'm also the type I will eat and just exercise hard. The only thing I did right so far is keeping this Lindt dark choc alive in my draw .. its been 3 weeks tomorrow , that's a world record for me only prob is if i open it... maybe i must try eating it over 18 days one piece a day. hahaha

Yep I also learned recently that popcorn is not as guilt free as we thought - also a "Moderation" object it seems :) It's hard to exercise keeping things close by without munching into it too much , but I think once we broke that habit of just eating it cause its already open it will be easier , but it's hard to get to that point I am not going to lie ! Haha okay 18 days is a bit rough, but maybe start small and try to limit yourself to 1/2 and next time you try to make it a 1/4 ! And every time you will notice that you automatically stop once you have had enough ! It's a long road ... but atleast we took the first step so now it's just keeping 1 foot in front of the other !

I propose rather than buying it, opening it and be tempted to eat the lot, not to buy it in the first place. It works for me, because I can also not only eat a little but at a time.
