Wow were to start, There is so many of us that stuggle with our weight, and I struggle with mine every day.

I am 22, I started my weightloss journey when I turned 18. I started out at 302 pounds and currently weigh in at 170's. I was sick of being the overweight fat kid, This journey for me as I call it has not been easy, but it has been worth it, for every tear shed and every drop of sweat IT IS WORTH IT. I would not change one thing, it has been such a learning process and it has made me who I am today. I still will always struggle with what I eat, but I have never been happier, I am acutally living my life now. I have been on NO DIET, this is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!!!

I am SO PROUD to say I have overcome my plateau, along my weight loss journey I gained 30 lbs back, But I found this website a few months back and got myself a trainer and that was just what I needed to kick myself in the butt again.
I have lost my weight just by watching what I eat and going to the gym 4-6 times a week. I still continue to work out almost every day just have a hard time watching what I eat and counting calories.

If I could give anyone one piece of advice out there who is overweight and doesn't see any light at the end of the tunnel, this journey is so possible, you just have to want it BAD enough, If you believe you can do it, YOU CAN DO IT!! There is no magic diet pill, it takes hard work and dedication, but it is worth it because you are worth it. I just started out with babysteps I am embarresed to say this but I could hardly walk 1 or 2 miles without my legs hurting and I was only 18, now I have become a gym junky :-) and can run for 3 miles no problem.
Just take babysteps one day at a time, and when you start seeing results you just want to keep going, and STAY FOCUSED on what you really want.

Ok fatsecret buddies, I am holding all you to keep me accountable every day, shoot I am so close to my goal now the end is in sight, I want it so bad yet at the same time I say it doesn't matter how long it takes me to get there, but Im giving myself two months, so hopefully by the end of may!! Hope to start journaling more often!!

Almost at Goal
Anyone Else out there that is almost at their goal weights, I am so close I can smell it in the air, getting pretty excited maybe only 2 more months and I will be there. Definelty worth the 3-4 year journey, just have to decide what to get myself, I want to get myself a little something as a reminder of what I have achieved. I was thinking actually a nice ring. will have to see

Confession Time...what's your secret?!?!?!?
My dirty little secret well one of them why I want to be skinny, I am the youngest of 14 kids and I am the only one who ever struggled with obesity, so I weighed in at 302lbs, 70 lbs heavier than anyone else in my family, and now I am only about 5 lbs away from being the lightest in the family, then I can really get the nickname "little sister" haha way to show them
