Old me again me sort of ^^^

Hello all, some of you may know me still, others probably not. I have struggled so much these last couple of years, I have no clue where to begin! I'm still currently living in Kentucky, also still going to college, community at the moment, but I start University in the fall! I'm 27 years old and married to a wonderful man whom I have had many ups and downs with, and we survived them all so far, and hopefully that continues. My weight is at it's all time highest, I do have a thyroid condition that I'm currently taking medication for, hopefully it helps me along my journey. I'm a very stubborn person, who does not like to give up easy, and when I do, well I seem to be hopelessly depressed about it. Anyways, here I am again in 2016! I'm still fighting this and still trying!

The old me is below, as you can tell I have been an on and off again member of Fat Secret.

I'm a 25 year old college student in Eastern, Kentucky, majoring in Human Services. I have quite a few health problems, some of them can be solved by losing weight. As of right now I'm 407 lbs. I never imagined myself EVER being in the 400 range. I had a recent back injury that lead me to gain weight. Along with doctor ordered physical therapy, working out at home,and eating well, I'm hoping I can reach my weight goals.

I'm finally back on FS for good! I plan on accomplishing my goals this time, and not ever giving up again. I miss the way I used to feel when I was getting healthy. And now my life may depend on it. I have been told by my Doctor that I have a fatty liver, and a very extrem case of it I might add. She told me if I do not lose some weight soon, I may not live to see my 25th birthday! Which is a scary thing when your my age to hear. But, I know I will not give up, until my last breath is gone!

Need advice ASAP!
I'm 400 pounds...morbidly obese. I have not had a job in 4 years. Well, I managed to get a job. I start tomorrow. It's a 9-hour shift, I really need this job badly. I'm just so scared that I won't be physically able to work it. I have bad ankles and back pain and this job requires me to stand other than one 30 minute and one 10 minute break. I'm scared to death for some reason. I bought some gel soles for my shoes and trying to take all the tips I can get. I'm looking for tips or even words of encouragement! If any of you have been in this situation can you tell me how you made it?

Need help with this addiction!
Okay so I am addicted to potato chips (crisps). I LOVE them. I crave them and try my hardest to fight the urge to eat them. I know I should just not buy them at all. I have cut back on them majorly. But once a week sometimes twice I buy a can (lays stax) and try to go by the serving amount but my addicted self can't stop at 12 chips....ugh. This is ruining my diet. What good is it if I eat clean, veggies, lean meats if I gorge myself with chips? Please if anyone has any tips I'm more than grateful! I know I can make my own, but my oven is messed up Sad won't be able to replace it for a couple months. I can fry them tho, but I need a healthy way to do that!

Looking for buddies!
I'm looking for buddies male or female that have almost the same amount of weight to lose. I need to lose 200+ been trying now for almost 6 years :/ Not new to this site, but newly starting back. Seems my old friends have disappeared also. So no better time to make some more Very Happy

Also, I will accept anyone needing to lose less also, just want someone I can relate to.

Meals set up for tomorrow 01/11/2016
I need help making sure I have made a good list for my meals tomorrow. I have a hard time planning things because of college and work, so I have to squeeze here and there. I tried my best to make good choices available for me tomorrow. So if someone could, maybe look at what I have listed and let me know if its good? Thanks Smile

How my calories should I be eating each day?
I'm going to try 2100 cal for awhile and see if I see improvement. Also, how many calories should each meal be? Or should I make it several small meals each day?
