How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I have started using my weight loss as a statistics project also, so I weigh myself daily. It can be pretty depressing seeing a 6 lb gain overnight, but also rewarding seeing a 6 lb loss in the same length of time, so I really only count it once a week when I test my body fat percentage also.

Aerobic Cardio ---- Such a Drag
Dreadmill SUCKS!!!! However, for me I found out that by taking myself outside to run, it is not only, not terrible, most of the time it is the highlight of my day now. I have only ever known a couple people who can stand doing a dreadmill workout, it seems to be something you have to work yourself up to, not something you can just start out on.

HELP!
1.4 grams of fiber to 100 calories is a pretty standard range. Also...I would never recommend (without proper doctor approval) anything less than 1200 cals/day for women, 1500 for men.

FAIL!!!
8 A.M. or 7 P.M. it doesn't matter, just start up again. You don't push a car up a huge hill just to let it slip all the way back down again, you stop it just as it slips. Either way, what's important is just fixing it again. I slipped up today also, but I'm back on, that's the most important thing and as long as were trying and it doesn't happen all the time then just forgive yourself (Make sure you don't feel guilty if its a rarity), Drink a large glass of water, and move on. Tomorrow's another day for us to learn new things, when bad things happen lets just enjoy a new experience and keep going. You should be proud of yourself for recognizing that you messed up today. That's a step in the right direction.

Dreams
So....I'm curious if anyone has had any time of weird or unique dreams while they are losing weight. Last time I lost weight I had a couple, but nothing noticeable. This time I've lost about half as much weight as last time, but every night I have weird dreams and I wondered if anyone thought this could be due to hormone changes or what everyone's input is. Question Very Happy
