once i reach a goal and keep if off for a week i can buy myself a treat; a new momiji doll :D should keep me fairly motivated coz i love the little things and it'll make me feel like i've earnt them :)

Is 0 Calories Really 0 Calories?
i heard if something has less than 5 calories they can put 0. in shops i go in they usuallt put "trace" or 1 though; i've never seen anything say 0 calories before apart from something i bought from the US (i live in UK so maybe the marketing laws around nutritional info is differant)

Diet soda is not only for overweight people!
i dont have soda very often, i get stomach ache if i drink too much coz of te fizzyness lol, but when i do i always have the sugar free option because with most drinks they taste the same and they have 100 less calories per can. i know the chemicals arn't good for you if you have too much but then again anything can be bad for you if you have too much...
