Obsessed
What do you do when you are obsessed with weighing yourself? I'm told to only weigh myself once a week but I weigh myself almost every day! More than once a day. I can't stop. It's like I'm obsessed with losing weight. Even though I get discouraged when I don't weigh less I still weigh myself everyday.
