It's my second time back to FS, the first time I was trying to lose the weight so I could pregnant. In 2006 I had my baby and now I'm ready to get my life back.

The first time with South Beach I lost 58lb. within seven months. I know I have it in me to lose even more!

Goal #1: Weigh less than one of my co-workers. (COMPLETED 09/07/10)
Goal #2: Weigh less than 200 lbs.
Goal #3: Weigh less than my husband
Goal #4: Weigh less than 175 lbs.
Goal #5: Weigh less than two of my co-workers.
Goal #6: Weigh less than 150 lbs.
Goal #7: Goal weight 130 lbs. reached!

No fat pictures here...I decided to put a picture of me when I was at my best as motivation...minus the beer of course...

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in every Monday morning in front of all of my co-workers (it's a real incentive to stay on track!)

My weight fluctuates so much during the week depending on what I have eaten, sodium intake, etc. So I'm happy with waiting 'til Monday to see the results, and not driving myself crazy during the week.
