today marks the first day that i am no longer clinically obese. it has been a long time coming and i am so happy I made it. I uave lost almost 60# and last time this year I wouldve never believed that I would be where I am today. ☺

182.8 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb. Still to go: 22.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.2 lb a week
