HELLO EVERYONE I'm a single young lady in my mid fifties.I hath always had a weight problem when i was young. I just loved food. I had lost about 85 lbs in 2012 and lost my mother in 2013 and gained back over a period of 3 years.I had to learn to grief but in a healthy way. I miss my mother so much. In 2016 I started back again gradually making baby steps on this journey. In 2018 I increased my motivation and detoxed from sugar. The first 4 months was very hard for me but after that I was determined to go full speed ahead. I'm losing slowly and I'm fine with that as long as its in the right direction. I know I need to increase my exercise more. Everday is an up hill challenge and I'm determined to make it a lifestyle change. I love the support and encouragement from everyone and hope everyone has a successful journey.
