Failed to complete my 72 hour fast. finally failed at hour 22 mak, and had a salad, with steak strips(leftovers) ranch dressing, zoodles with shrimp with butter scampi

Trying hard not to to be too angry at myself

Naw don't be angry... its fine your body was wanting food and you listened..we have to listen to our bodies ..I know because I suck at it lol..learning though:)

There is no shame what so ever! Fasting takes some getting used to, if you want to do it, you need to take it in small steps. Kudos for the effort! The break meal sounds great!

I'm nervous about the fast challenge that I am to start at midnight Saturday night until midnight Tuesday night. I clicked the button to join a couple of days ago then left the challenge and then sucked it up and clicked it again. I'm going to be "starving by faith." LoL.

22 hours more than me - and these are all just life lessons. we make mistakes, learn and move forward. these are the joys of being human.
