You are doing fine! So great you don´t have to take Metformin any more....I left it behind 2 years ago and I´m still happy about it ;) Go on, you will succeed!

Wow Patty that is just phenomenal. 45lbs in 3 months is just amazing. You are losing 1/2 a lb every day. Keep us the great work. We are all so proud of you.

Keep it going people, determination, positive thoughts and a will to succeed! My body, unlike me does not lke carbs.
I found you don't need them to live our ancestors are proof. I will add more of a diversity to my diet when I see goal approaching, but that's a ways away because I plan to change my goal but I'm searching for the blue line!

Patty, your journals and all of your supportive comments are truly motivating and much appreciated! I initially read your post and can't count months so comments on losing 45 pounds in 2 months when it was actually 3. But still an amazing loss and it means you are persistent and committed.
