Happy happy Wednesday..

Dr. Visit went great yesterday...lest it was all good news ..blood pressure..136/74...but still on lisinprin or how ever you spell it..10 mg..and they run out in 8 days..told dr..I wanted to be off them at end of month..that I would take on the challenge..my weight...drum roll...lost 6 pounds going to low cholesterol eating plan in 2 weeks...and I see her again in 2-3 weeks ..so..got a challenge to accomplish...

I really thing my stomach flare up..was to much hot spices on egg beaters...at 4pm..Monday afternoon..as I felt great yesterday...and even better today...even mowed grass yesterday..before dr,apt...

Welp..need to eat breakfast..gotta tell you cans of soup..an appetizer..for me...as I was riding this morning...I was riding on fumes..in fact..not even sure fumes was left..

One thing you might want to do is pay close attention to your salt intake. If you are looking at getting off BP meds, lowering your sodium Intake to no more than 2000mg a day and making sure you are eating enough potassium rich foods. Potassium is required for good BP control. Take a look at the soup can and see how much sodium it had in it. Staggering.

Ty kenna..yes i know salt is no no...and i water my soup down...normally dont eat soup for that reason...but having it here lately for something different...i did ask for my blood test results so i can review them and see the numbers
