Happy happy Thursday...another fast week ..seems like
Took bp...before ride..123/67..pulse 53..I was impressed...but I noticed yesterday around 4pm..it was reading..116/60..hoping that’s a good sign..that changing food is making a difference..not that it changed all that much..
But was busy most of morning after my workout..thought that may have had something to do with it..and have been getting to bed 30 minutes sooner at night...and sleeping better as well..
Did box hill this morning..wanted to get another hill workout in ..had to stop several times as I watch my heart rate as I workout on the screen..when it reaches 155 bpm..then I rest long enough for it to go down to 140 or so and start riding again...so took longer to get up hill..but it’s a workout..and to me..that’s what it’s all about...
Welp..it’s been fun..time to tell everyone to have a fantastic day...need to get up and get rest of day started...
