Waldorf Salad

A basic Waldorf that's refreshing and light. Makes a great appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Combine mixture with apples, celery, grapes and lightly toasted walnuts.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and toss everything til well coated.
  4. Refrigerate an hour before serving.
