I am a 27 year old mother of 2. After having my son I was the heaviest I have ever been. I got up to 240. I had reached my first goal of 180 and then let myself slide back into my old ways and before I knew it I was back up to 200. Just goes to show, you have to make this a lifestyle change and not a temporary fix. That is how I got here to begin with. BAD eating habits. So now I am back and ready to hit my ultimate goal of 150!! I was always thin my whole life, never got above a size 8 until I got married. Ever since I have been battling my weight!
I want to make a lifestyle change for my family. My husband has always been a big guy but has steadily gained weight over the last 7 years of our marriage. He just recently was put on cholesterol and blood pressure medicine. That scares me a lot. He is our world and the thought of losing him because we were too fat and lazy to do something about it breaks my heart. So we are in this together and are ready to make a lifestyle change.
